Through this Challenge, ServiceNow seeks tech-enabled solutions that leverage technology and strengthen digital capacity-building to meet the needs of the current and future digital workforce. These innovative finalist teams responded to the Challenge question "How can historically underserved communities prepare for, access, and prosper in the digital workforce?"

Finalists are invited to present their solutions to distinguished judges on November 8. Challenge winners of the Grand Prize, US Racial Equity Prize, and ServiceNow Employee Choice Award will have access to the US$160,000 prize pool made possible by ServiceNow. Challenge winners will be announced on November 16.
