Diana is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about creating social impact, improving education, and promoting languages. With over a decade of experience in the education sector, she has worked with non-profit organizations, universities, and government entities in Colombia, the United States, and France. She believes in the power of genuine human connection and collaboration to achieve common goals regardless of language barriers. Diana's strategic partnerships have positioned various educational initiatives internationally, working with multicultural partners such as IIEP UNESCO, SUMMA, MIT Solve, Jacobs Foundation, PAL Network, and the International Rescue Committee.

Diana believes that education is a tool that can be used to fight poverty and reduce inequalities. Her entrepreneurial spirit is fueled by her commitment to improving children's learning outcomes through evidence-based solutions. In 2018, she founded her own NGO, GLOT, to give back to communities in Colombia, with a focus on at-risk children and adolescents. Diana's strong background in project and process management has enabled her to contribute to a wide range of projects, including teacher training, learning through play, socio-emotional skills, literacy, and numeracy.

Diana holds a Master's degree in Environment and Development and is a Productivity and Quality Engineer.
