Fiorella is the Co-founder and Lead of La Firme, a startup focused on democratizing access to architectural services in Latin America. She holds a Master in City Planning from MIT and a B.A. in Anthropology from the Catholic University of Peru, where she is originally from. Her main experience is in Human-Centered design, research with vulnerable communities, and urban development. She has also shaped digital ventures in the financial, education, and telecommunication industries through her work in innovation labs. Prior to that, she has also co-founded a social enterprise to empower coffee farmers through renewable technologies.
