SNHU Global University offers refugee youth and others affected by displacement the opportunity to pursue competency-based BA and AA degrees through SNHU’s innovative College for America platform. 

About Chrystina

Chrystina Russell is the Vice President for Global Engagement at Southern New Hampshire University. Previously, she was the Chief Academic Officer of Kepler, a university program based in Rwanda. She launched the organization’s two campuses--one in Kigali and one in Kiziba refugee camp in Western Rwanda. Previously, she was a founding principal of Global Tech Prep, a high-performing, innovative public school, and was on the faculty of City College of New York. Russell holds a B.A. in Social Organization and Minority Communities from University of Michigan and a M.S. in Bilingual Special Education. She holds a doctorate in Urban Education Policy.
