Fidelis is an award-winning and highly motivated leadership cum talent development professional, with over 6 years’ experience in consulting, organizational development, L&D, leadership programming and HR strategy implementation for small and large organizations across diverse industries including international nonprofits, private and public sectors. Fidelis has proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to research, design, develop, and deliver organizational strategy and capacity development programs globally. A passionate peoples-person with excellent interpersonal skills, Fidelis enjoys growing and working in teams to deliver premium service to stakeholders. As an advocate for inclusive workforce, he works at the intersection of business, non-profit and development where he designs and implement high impact leadership programs targeted at building the leadership capacity of fast-rising organizations by deploying L&D programs to accelerate workforce upskilling and organizational growth. Fidelis has also acquired an expansive experience in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting inclusive human capital development programs funded by US government, UK government, Tony Elumelu Foundation and other donors focused on improving competence building, professional development, job access and economic empowerment of young people in Africa. As consultant, Fidelis works on an advisory basis with mission-driven organizations to facilitate innovative, inclusive and results-oriented CSR programs, building on a vast experience and knowledge of best practices in program design to develop and deploy tailored approaches that ensure effective program results. He has to this end, enhanced his ability to design impactful and relevant interventions that meet client objectives and corporate stakeholder buy-in. He has worked with Individuals & organizations to "Make Impact, and Make Money," while providing the growth mechanism to build Influence as impact-driven organizations.
