Fidelis has also acquired an expansive experience in designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting inclusive human capital development programs funded by US government, UK government, Tony Elumelu Foundation and other donors focused on improving competence building, professional development, job access and economic empowerment of young people in Africa. As consultant, Fidelis works on an advisory basis with mission-driven organizations to facilitate innovative, inclusive and results-oriented CSR programs, building on a vast experience and knowledge of best practices in program design to develop and deploy tailored approaches that ensure effective program results. He has to this end, enhanced his ability to design impactful and relevant interventions that meet client objectives and corporate stakeholder buy-in.
