Jack Davis is General Counsel and VP/Corporate Development at Quantworks, Inc. a technology development and investment firm based in Carrboro, NC. Jack works extensively with, and serves on the Boards of several of, the company's portfolio investments, including Lex Loci Labs, which has developed a number of software products pre arrest and post-arrest software programs to facilitate criminal justice reform. He has 25 years of experience in fundraising, corporate development and advisory work, primarily in real estate and growth technology companies. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his three children and received both his BA and Law Degree from Duke University.
