Jacquelyn is a midwife and lactation consultant, with three children that were born at home. She holds a BA in History from University of Alaska - Anchorage, MBA from Aspen University, midwife diploma from National Midwifery Institute, and is a current nursing student at Nightingale College. Jacquelyn is from rural Alaska and an enrolled member of the Ninilchik Traditional Council. She currently resides in Oahu, Hawaii and is a program director at Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii. "I am passionate about maternal child health and believe high quality health care is a human right."
