Janhvi leads the Innovation Development Directorate at Education Above All.

Her passion lies in designing solutions that advance and accelerate relevant and quality learning solutions to the world's most marginalized. She is currently working on multiple innovation solutions that include digital intelligence, low-cost secondary schools, digital alternative education schools, technology and resource free relevant education, education in emergency and scaling of socio-emotional and trauma support programming.

She has previous experience in strategy consulting, K-12 schools, research and policy and higher education.

In the Ministry of Education, she launched Teach for Qatar, the 44th branch of the Teach for All Global Network. She led a pilot national program to elevate numeracy and literacy outcomes in the lowest performing primary government schools. In Qatar Foundation, she designed a blueprint for an innovative future school and managed 9 top U.S. universities beginning new multi-disciplinary programming and their impact based reporting. She serves on the board for Mantra4Change on their journey as they expanded their impact from 20,000 to 50 million students.

She received a M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
