Jannemiek Evelo is the executive director of CHOICE for Youth & Sexuality since April 2021. As director of this youth-led organization, she is a firm advocate for a firm advocate for meaningful and inclusive youth participation, feminist leadership and approaching sexual and reproductive health and rights from an intersectional viewpoint. Previously, she worked for the organization for several years as program coordinator, in which role she worked with youth-led partner organizations and on capacity strengthening for youth leadership and organizational development. She studied political science and international development studies at the University of Amsterdam.
