Josef Scarantino is Head of Programs at All Raise, focused on accelerating the success of female and nonbinary investors, founders, and operators in tech and venture capital. He is also the Founder of Yawbyrd, a global resource supporting women and underrepresented entrepreneurs and investors, regardless of age, experience, education, geography, orientation, or identity.

Prior to All Raise, Josef managed the post-investment experience for over thirty growth-stage startup companies at HubSpot Ventures, helping to ensure their success in the HubSpot ecosystem. Josef also led program operations at the Denver-based Techstars and Western Union global fintech accelerator over its 3-year partnership, collectively serving over 120 diverse founders from more than 40 countries while investing in 30 early-stage fintech startups disrupting financial access for millions of underbanked populations.

Josef has mentored hundreds of startups and founders, as well as collaborated with Black Ambition Prize, Visible Hands, Envision Accelerator, Zane Access, StartOut, Access Mode, Capital Startup Capital (Mexico), Denver Global Landing Pad, Startup Grind, Verizon Forward for Good Accelerator, Extreme Tech Challenge, Blackstone LaunchPad, Global Silicon Valley (GSV) Bootcamp, Hawke Ventures, GSMA, Watson Institute, Yunus & Youth, and many others.
