Kathlyn is a Director of Singapore-based family office, Rumah Group and its philanthropic arm, Rumah Foundation. Having developed a deep love and respect for the ocean and marine life, she is passionate about ocean protection and business sustainability. She launched Rumah's environmental portfolio in 2017, which focuses on contributing towards a clean and vibrant ocean through impact investments and philanthropy. Additionally, she works on embedding sustainability into Rumah’s property portfolio across areas such as decarbonization, responsible procurement and sustainability reporting. The daughter of a humanitarian, she grew up providing volunteer support for needs assessments and community development efforts in the field. Currently, Kathlyn serves as a Board Trustee of Conservation International Singapore, member of Conservation International’s Asia Pacific Advisory Council, and a Board Director of The Good Food Institute Singapore. She is also a member of advisory panels and boards dedicated to sustainable finance, ocean awareness and sustainability-focused media.
