Lea is an optimist who has spent two decades in the intersection of tech and innovation. In
that time she has founded startups, raised venture capital and funded, designed, launched,
and scaled tech for partners, clients, and alongside grantees.

As one of Brink’s two co-founders, she makes sure teams have what they need to deliver
impact when addressing some of the world's most preventable crises. Director at EdTech
Hub, supporting scalable tech solutions and pioneering new approaches to implementation
research including education sandboxes. Lea is also Director of uBoraBora where she works
to turn evidence into innovation through implementation and learning-by-doing.

Lea has over 20 years experience working from Silicon Valley to Kathandu, supporting
organisations and governments to get fit for the future.
