Mark Reuss
President, General Motors | Judge for GM Prize on Circular Economy
Mark Reuss is president of General Motors, a company that envisions a world of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion. Reuss leads the transformation of GM’s global product portfolio, including its core business of cars, trucks and crossovers, as well as technologies such as electric and autonomous vehicles.
An engineer by trade, Reuss began his GM career in 1983 as an intern. He has since served in numerous positions, including executive roles in GM Australia, GM North America, Global Engineering and Global Product Development.
Under his leadership, GM was the first auto company to mass-produce an affordable electric car, and is the only company with a fully integrated solution and strategy to produce self-driving vehicles at scale.
