Matteo Cera is the CEO of Hogaru. Before Hogaru, he worked as a Senior Manager at McKinsey in Europe and Latin America. He started his carreer in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. During these years, he gained good experience in business strategy and execution, finance and HR management. He is a cum laude grad of Bocconi University, Italy.
