Natalie Tran serves as the Executive Director of the CAA Foundation at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). The CAA Foundation activates popular culture to create sustainable social change. Since its founding, the CAA Foundation has become a leader in the entertainment community on education, the environment, and civic engagement. Based in Los Angeles, Tran consults clients, executives, and corporations on their philanthropic and pro-social initiatives. 

Most recently, Tran led the formation of the Civic Alliance, a non-partisan business coalition of leading companies working together to build a future where everyone can participate in shaping our country. The Civic Alliance is co-founded by the CAA Foundation and Democracy Works and has now grown to a membership of 1,300 companies with a reach of 5.5 million employees.
