Nidhi is the founding executive director of Carina, a nonprofit technology organization that builds online tools to bring good jobs to care workers, so they can provide the best possible care for those who need it. Nidhi has 15+ years of experience working with labor unions in the U.S. and abroad, focusing on low-wage and informal sector workers. As the former national research director for SEIU, her achievements include working on campaigns resulting in 10k+ workers winning collective bargaining rights and wage increases for 30k+ workers. Nidhi has her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and her master's degree from the Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University).
