Paul Nocchiero is a retired Deputy Chief with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.  Before retiring he spent thirty-seven years with the Department is a variety of command positions that involved both patrol/investigative functions as-well-as administrative duties.  He has an extensive background in policy development, budgeting and program implementation, personnel deployment and allocation, complex organizational change, and human resource and labor issues.  As Secretary to the Board he provided counsel and policy oversight to the Chief of Police and the Board of Police Commissioners.
