Perseus is the founder of Union54 - a Zambia based fintech which enables African fintechs to issue debit cards without needing a bank or a third party processor. Union54 is the first Zambian company to go through Y Combinator, has raised funds from Tiger Global Management, and is one of Mastercard's largest partners in Africa by number of cards issued.
