Pradeep started his career in the Silicon Valley as a management consultant with Deloitte. He built his strategy and operations expertise leading various client technology engagements across sectors like Telecom, Software, Pharmaceuticals, Deep Tech and Energy in the US and Europe. He worked as a senior executive in a couple of startups in the Valley, before moving to NY to work with President Clinton. He was part of the initial team building out the climate and energy practice for the President’s global work and helped set up the operations in India. He moved back to NY to work with the ex-federal reserve chairman Paul Volcker, in his newly launched financial advisory firm. Post this and after a brief political sojourn, he joined the Ford Foundation to help re-start and head their S Asia presence. Over the last five years, he helped the Foundation re-establish their presence in the region and diversify their investments across various sectors.
