Reem serves as Solve’s Operations Officer. In this role, she works alongside all teams to build and better processes to best fulfill Solve's purpose of implementing lasting solutions to the world's most pressing problems. 

Prior to joining Solve, Reem melded her background in urban design, architectural design, and policy by working in climate refugee and natural disaster research. She continues to be involved in architecture, periodically lending her critical eye and expertise as a reviewer for local colleges and universities. She has both co-taught and led research projects at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She was also an assistant editor on the book Heroic: Concrete Architecture and the New Boston.

Reem holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership, a Master of Science in Architecture, and Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Policy.
