Fields is a seasoned advocate in the field of non-profit and educational social services with the ability to be empathetic, strong-minded, and the ability to work with diverse populations. She is currently the Senior Manager of Corporate Giving at General Motors, where she serves as a strategic partner with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team to lead the work of the GM Justice and Inclusion Fund.
