Rochelle Keyhan is the CEO and driving force behind Collective Liberty, where she leads efforts to eradicate human trafficking through innovative, data-driven strategies. Rochelle’s expertise is deeply rooted in her six years as a prosecutor of gender-based violent crimes in Philadelphia, where she became a recognized authority in the field of criminal justice. As an Assistant District Attorney, she was instrumental in advocating for the rigorous investigation and prosecution of human traffickers, successfully securing convictions in the city’s first two human trafficking trials.
She later directed the Disruption Strategies department at Polaris, focusing on disrupting trafficking networks nationwide. At Polaris, Rochelle designed and led a pioneering department focused on disrupting human trafficking networks across the United States, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in the anti-trafficking movement.
A first-generation Iranian-American, Rochelle is also a founding board member of Feminist Public Works and HollabackPHILLY. Her mission-driven leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including the Thomson Reuters Stop Slavery Hero Award and IAFCI Cyber Crime Investigator of the Year.
