Tessa Rigby (she/her) serves a Coordinator on the Operations & Impact Team at Solve. In this role, she ensures the organization’s efficient and effective operations through database management, results measurement, and project management responsibilities. 

Tessa is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA where she studied Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, and Film Production. Prior to Solve, she gained experience at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) and Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Lexington, MA) through the university’s co-op program. She’s passionate about utilizing data to drive meaningful change.

In her free time, Tessa enjoys seeing live music, skiing and reading fiction and memoirs. She is based in Somerville, MA.
