Vincent Galatro attended Tufts University, where he majored in Political Science. After college, he worked for EMC and then transitioned to the Koch Associate Program. In 2011 Vincent joined the Charles Koch Institute staff as an instructor in the educational programs. He has since served as the Director of the Professional Talent Development Programs at CKI and is currently the Director of the Stand Together Market Based Management Team.
