What specific problem are you solving?

The specific problem we see: The minimum monthly wage in LATAM is less than 300 USD (source Statista, 2021). These minimum standards are often not enough to meet household needs.

There are so many people who need to start a business in order to earn extra money to bring to their families and meet household needs. But they don't have the experience, the knowledge, and the roadmap on how to overcome the obstacles of being a Solo Entrepreneur. 

It is estimated that in 2020, some 491 million Latin Americans were living with an income of up to three times the poverty line, and around 59 million people who belonged to the middle strata in 2019 experienced a process of downward economic mobility. According to the Social Panorama of Latin America report. 2021. 26 million jobs were lost in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region during Covid-19.

In LATAM there are 435 Million that are active users on Facebook and 450 Million people have access to the internet (source Statista, 2021), almost 65% of the LATAM population. That gives us an opportunity to help more people and inspire them with our experience, tools, and feedback.

What is your solution?

100X Scaling Up Roadmap is a flexible learning program and an ecosystem community to help people step-by-step to create a monthly income of 1,000 USD as a solo Entrepreneur in less than 12 months. 

Our solution includes:

1. Flexible Learning Program with weekly lessons sharing effective strategies to develop a model business from Zero to achieve at least 1,000 USD/month. Each week different content and new lessons in our membersite area. We have a network of 100 international entrepreneurs, top trainers, and business owners who are participating across the different modules and weeks.  

2. Weekly Live Masterclass to overcome objections and help the community of Solo Entrepreneurs to get Momentum and accountability results each week.

3. Facebook Private Group to share experiences, solve answers and engage with other entrepreneurs to create an international network of best LATAM practices.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Our target segmentation is people from 16 to 40 years, who have an internet connection on a smartphone or computer. They live in a family of 4 people. One member of the family has lost their job during Covid-19. They want to achieve two needs: Security and growth. A dream they are willing to achieve is to live debt-free and give their family a better quality of life. They don't have the resources to hire training with Tony Robbins Corp., Growth Institute, Dean Graziosi, Inner Circle, Clockwork Accelerator, Harvard Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program, among so many other top educational programs.

Their frustration is that they want to earn more money, but they don't have the opportunity to get a well-paid job. They work on a basic job that it's not qualified. They have special knowledge and talent that can share with other people and are waiting for an opportunity to grow. They are hungry to learn and improve their life. 

They suffer each month about how to achieve an extra income to meet household needs. Because they don't get enough resources they must ask for a personal credit to pay every month a small fee and get a smartphone or other electrical equipment that they can`t afford in another way. So, they have personal credits for different things they must buy, and live for a long period paying high rates interests.

Our Solution: Flexible learning program and an ecosystem community to help people step-by-step to create a monthly income of 1,000 USD by developing soft skills. Preparing people for the work of the future as Solo Entrepreneurs so they can get a well-paid Income as freelancers. Open the program to 2,500 people in Latam with a 90% of retention. Impact: Average Revenue of 12,000 USD per participant during 12 months. Participants Retention: 2250 Solo Entrepreneurs. Total direct economic impact: 27,000,000 USD in communities in LATAM in 12 months.

In 2020 we developed an online program of personal growth and Live training for Solo Entrepreneurs. We have tested the methodology with 5 communities. Impact of: 625 solo entrepreneurs in Queretaro (Mexico), Barranquilla (Colombia), Quito (Ecuador), Murcia (Spain), and Zimbabwe (Africa). 

During last year 25.60% of our population has opened a new business. 30.4% has achieved at least 1,000 USD during the first 6 months. 22.40% has achieved 1,000 USD after 12 months of the program. 12% has helped other entrepreneurs to open their own digital businesses. And 9.60% have abandoned the program for personal reasons and health.
