What is the problem you are solving?

- The main problem is that a lot of jobs requirements are not well defined especially in the technology field as many of them are new to the people and society which creates fear from the unknown, we need to bring more people and provide them with mentoring and guidance through the path to the future jobs created by the technology revolution 

- The scale is massive as people need guidance and plan to be encouraged to move forward, by defining a clear requirements this will make it easy for people to leave there comfort zone

-Millions as we target from 18 years up to 55 where they can find a large scale of jobs with different level of skills  

- The main actors are:

                              - Lack of location-based job recommending

                              - Lack of knowledge about the technology newly created                                  jobs

                              - Lack of guidance of career paths and its required skills,                                  courses or experiences

                              - Lack of the analysis of the local job markets                                                   cities/industries   


Who are you serving?

- The population has a lot of human capital, with a 40% youth whose looking and asking for guidance, they want to develop but they don't know the correct path, we have many social media and face to face discussion on how to develop and discuss ideas and initiatives, they need a plan and clear objectives and requirements

middle age from 30-40 they have industries experience and have the intention to move on and contribute to community to help other, provide practical experience, gain money and add social value

- The solution will analyze the local job market per city/area/industry to understand the local requirements of the market and find skills required for each job and solve location issues by finding jobs locally

The solution will remove any ambiguity due to lack of career information or tech-related jobs skills/requirements by defining the career path and the required skills associated with the related jobs so that the ob seeker understand and find guidance on the jobs based on his skill level as well as the job requirements

Using AI a recommendation based on many factors such as job seeker experience, industry requirements/news, skills needed will be helpful in providing automated guidance 

What is your solution?

- A cloud-based platform that will enable job seekers, recruiters and business to upload their professional requirements, search for jobs/candidates and learn about different career paths, jobs and its associated skill sets

For a job seeker they can enroll in a certain career path based on their experience and skills which will lead him through that way providing how and where to find materials and required training to fit into a certain role and will be able to view all listed jobs associated with this role

  - Workflow processes will be used to make sure that each career path is well defined as will as its required skills, trainings and each role associated available jobs

- Cloud technology will be used to maximize reachability and availability 

- Mobile application will be essential to motivate people to follow up on their career related activities all the time and to ease the use and access to the content and tools

Providing set of training allows the job seekers to find his way towards his career objects and provide confidence and know how
