Let's democratize wealth starting from ground zero.
Film your elevator pitch.
What specific problem are you solving?
We have been able to successfully skill and employ refugees inside a refugee camp for over 2 years now. The idea is to extend the "Skilling at the bottom of the pyramid" to this challenge.
What is your solution?
We have 2 parts to our solution.
The first part is Skilling. We are able to reskill our participants within a 8 week period on our methodology, robotic tools and the step by step guide to follow to execute their future jobs. We have been able to prescribe the steps so that everyone can learn irrespective of individual capacity.
The second part is finding them Jobs. We are able to showcase their portfolio of projects that they did as a part of their training to get them jobs.
Which dimension of the Challenge does your solution most closely address?
Increase access to high-quality, affordable learning, skill-building, and training opportunities for those entering the workforce, transitioning between jobs, or facing unemploymentWho does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
We are targetign the bottom of the pyramid across the world.
Based on our research, the bottom of the pyramid is the most voracious consumer of social media.
All we do with our methodology is to change them from consumers to producers.
Then we make them realize how making such a small change can make such great impact for their clients.
Explain how the problem, your solution, and your solution’s target population relate to the Reimagining Pathways to Employment in the US Challenge and your selected dimension.
We were able to prove that our solution worked in the refugee camp environment where there is a dearth of pretty much everything - right from electricity to internet to wifi to a safe space to work. We have no selection criteria and many have not had any formal education whatsoever. Some of them could not even speak English properly.
Despite these dramatic challenges, we were able to skill them with top-end tools and platforms, produce high quality outputs and amplified their work through AI and Automation.
