Our pitch:
AELL is an electronic-medical record to help the build comprehensive records of patients and families with seamless integration to hospitals and pharmacists by blockchain network.
The two challenges are:
- Transparency of health
The geographical conditions of the archipelago provide challenges in terms of infrastructure, technology and human resources. Equality of health services is unlikely to be balanced if there is no transparency in the provision of health services itself. - Efficient and effective administrative process
In Indonesia, President Joko Widodo has issued many policies to trim the long and tiring administrative chain. This poses a challenge for Ministry of Health to leave a complicated and confusing bureaucratic process by making the process clearer and easier to understand for all Indonesians.
AELL missions to help BPJS Health in the following 4 ways:
- Provide transparent health service information
- Preventing the occurrence of cheats
- Accelerate the delivery of information to the relevant agencies
- Accelerate claim payments for participating hospitals
AELL uses Blockchain, because the technology can increase trust between each party because:
- Immutable Record, data stored permanently, can not be deleted or changedTraceability, the ability to detect problems and accelerate risk mitigation
- Increase productivity with a more tidy, regular and automatic process
- Reduce fraud / errors
- Reduce delays due to manual administration work
