What specific problem are you solving?

Only 1% of the population owns 40% of the wealth in Mexico -Oxfam Mexico, if we put it on a pie chart with 100 people and 10 slices, 4 slices would be for 1 person and 6 slices would be for 99 people, what Worse is that the inequality gap continues to grow rapidly, in addition Mexico is part of the 25% of countries with higher levels of inequality according to the World Bank.

In addition, the gap is growing more and more and does not allow people from the base of the pyramid to access basic services, or jobs that allow them to develop, because in Mexico the difference in salary of the base of the pyramid 5 dlls, is 18 times less than what a director earns, it is an unfair distribution of wealth, to mitigate this it is important to distribute wealth differently, so that people at the base of the pyramid can generate savings, have jobs that promote them and create alliances with other communities to access much fairer jobs.

What is your solution?

-Trascender Irrazonable- focused on generating quality jobs in a massive way in vulnerable sectors, through the growth of social enterprises.

Is a program where we look for the 10 most disruptive entrepreneurs in the country and we bring them together with some of the most revolutionary minds on the continent like Arturo Galván the person who brought the internet to LATAM, or Tom Chi creators of Google's self driving car and also, we approach investment funds, they live under the same roof for 2 weeks where not only do they meet incredible people, also we create a curriculum designed for each company problems, we help them understand an anthropological context of the final beneficiaries, to increase their impact.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

There are two beneficiary populations:

The entrepreneurs. They are founders of companies that use innovation and technology to generate decent work opportunities on a massive scale.

Needs. Lack of access to the knowledge, resources and connections necessary to survive. They fail to build effective teams, find the customer base, or secure the funding necessary to grow.

How they are addressed. Designing the curriculum based on your specific needs. In the program they receive: resources, methodologies, workshops, critical connections and access to capital. That is why we bring together the entire ecosystem - for 3 weeks - that they need to scale their impact. Including: foundation and fund managers, innovation and technology experts.

The final beneficiaries. They are people belonging to the middle, lower middle class and base of the pyramid.

Needs. They do not have the skills that the current work environment demands, they have become unemployed, they are excluded from the productive sectors, or they are unable to generate enough income to exceed the poverty line.

How they are addressed. Generating anthropological knowledge in entrepreneurs so that they can generate solutions tailored to their final beneficiaries and periodically measuring the impact that entrepreneurs have on their lives.
