Chronolog Health is revolutionizing the management of chronic diseases, starting with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)—a condition affecting over 1 million people in the US, characterized by recurrent, painful skin flare-ups that severely impact daily life. By simplifying symptom tracking and offering features like trend analysis, clinical trial finding, and access to resources for multiple chronic conditions, Chronolog Health empowers patients to actively manage their condition. Our platform improves patient care by enabling rapid treatment iteration by physicians and enriches research by providing anonymized data for studying disease patterns. Initial development focuses on HS and its comorbidities, with plans to expand to other fluctuating diseases lacking support, such as lupus and psoriasis. Co-developing our platform with partners like the HS Foundation and HS Connect, we plan to continuously iterate our features, maximizing utility and delivering a solution that meets the evolving needs of both patients and researchers.Sector
