What specific problem are you solving?
Companies, Institutions, Councils, Law firms, Police departments, financial institutions and Schools usually have thousands of staff, but they lack means of providing them with exact information in a seamless manner than enable their staff's work efficiently. Most corporate workers will complain they lack ability to access information within an organisation regarding rules and regulation, workflow process and everyday work hurdles they might face and when time sensitive, this can lead to disruptions and even disaster in extreme. Examples will be machine operators having large manuals and having to scroll via multiple pages. The same is true for pilots, train operators and factory operators. Lawyers, Analyst and associates face a similar issue scrolling through thousands of pages to extract the right information in short amount of time. Companies as well want to assist staff and provide them with information tailored to their organisation for security and efficiency purposes. Our solution involves enabling companies upload relevant documents to an app and use chat GPT to provide information based on uploaded documents. This eliminates risk for unverified information being used by company personal. Incorporating Chat GPT also provides info quicker compared to scrolling through multiple pages and using pdf word search tool. Lastly, companies can create provide tailored information to staffs to assist them with their daily task to boost efficiency.
Users, Staff and Personals can utilise the tool to have ready instructions on carrying out daily task and understand workflow. The tool enables large documents once uploaded to provide information when prompted. This means quicker and easier access to information eliminating long hours of analysis and research. The solution instantly provides information tailored towards uploaded documents. The tool acts as a personal work assistant with all information verified and validated by their respective employers to boost efficiency and information security in the workplace. Tailored and verified information means seamless workflow within an organisation.

Most organisations complain of data misuse by certain staff and the risk of utilising unverified information from web which can compromise months and years of work done. They want a central tool on which they can provide their company with all information need to reach a particular outcome.
Our solution helps organisation who want to do more to assist their workers and ensure they are performing. Secondly, it allows organisation that deal with sensitive and large information to roll out to have a central tool where information flows to and various employees and personnel can access these documents and perform various inquiries via CHAT GPT based on these documents. The solution thus eliminates risk of users using outside or unverified information or data which can corrupt the organisation.
On the other hand, some staffs and personnel in various organisation insist they lack adequate assistance especially when working with large information or data which is difficult to comprehend.
Our tool can solve this problem by helping staffs perform task quicker without having to perform large dataset analysis on their own. It centralises their work into a single tool on which with just one prompt, they can extract the right information they need from it.

We have built the app upload multiple documents and prompted Chat GPT to provide information based on the uploaded documents. Each trial has been successful so far and we aim to expand capabilities to include messaging within organisations.
By uploading various documents, we obtain information based on this. This improves information security within organisations.
Why are you applying to the Prize?
We need more money to expand our solution. We plan to enrol multiple organisation interested in out solution and plan to improve to improve our existing solutio capabilities.
With the $150000 , our plan is to pay for servicing of the app and liase with organisations that need our solution to better their workflow and overall efficiency. We are currently seeking funding to roll-out our solution and meet up of expenses liased with open AI api and hiring new developers alongside getting new equipments as we haven't got an actual office yet.

How is your Team Lead connected to the community or communities in which your project is based?
Ronald has worked in a financial firm and developed an AI tailored to dementia patients (this idea got him accepted to the Panacea develop Star Program). As an aerospace engineer, he noticed whatever sector he networked with, they all share a common problem of establish a central workflow tool to ensure security and eliminating troubles associated with extracting information from large documents and making it available to all company staffs easily. He then decided to develop Azron and leverage to give a swifter feel to accommodate all user’s needs.
What makes your solution innovative and sustainable?
Our solution assist companies by providing tailored information to their staff. Many companies are seeking means to further assist their staff and boost their efficiency. Our solution provides means to provide staffs with all documentations they need to carry out their job excellently. An example is medical resaerch labs and insititutions that require a personal tool to access vauable information swiftly. Since Chat GPT on its own is limited to information prior to 2021. Our solution allows users upload new and non -readily available information with one click and prompt the tool to provide advice based on the new documentation. This means users and organisations have the choice of what and how their tool will function and assist them daily.
What are your impact goals for the next year and the next five years, and how will you achieve them?
We plan to expand our solution to all sectors including Finance and judiciary sector where the application are enourmous. An example is financial institutions that require staff to have knowledge of rules and regulations governing the financial sector. Since laws change constantly, these can then be updated with the app to allow users get the update they need easily.
The solution is very extensible to include all the data from consultancy, finance, accounting, engineering, medical etc all tailored to the organisations needs such that employees can refer to these easily.

By tracking number of prganisations we onboard weekly to and gather feedback from users about the benefits and performance optimisation they can evalaute by tracking their output.

Workflow within corporate organisations is important to ensure seamless and efficient process in work environments. It is hard keeping up with every documents and information required to remain fully equipped and informed for every scenarios. Imagine a new employee joining a company and needs to get acquainted with all systems, work environment and regulations during induction and onboarding. Companies can have their processes, regulations, software's and all guidelines employees need to carry out their job brilliantly already incorporated in our solution such that new staff can prompt the app and get immediate response to every questions they have. This facilitates employee's ability to always have assistance at their disposal. The solution is customizable by employees and companies to create and include work scenarios such as where fire alarms are in the building in case of a fire, how to troubleshoot the printer should a common problem arise, which person or department is the go-to for information and which shared file or folder contains a particular kind of information. We recognise all information can be too much to handle as such our tool is there to provide the right assistance for clients to eliminate struggles employees have keeping up with information within the company.
